had a great stay at this hotel. The place was clean, easy to access, and conveniently located near a grocery store. I would definitely consider staying here again.

While the place was clean, easy to access, and close to a grocery store, I unfortunately had several negative experiences during my stay. First, the tenant in the neighboring room was leaving the shared bathroom in a very unclean state and clearly didn’t care to clean up after himself, which was very upsetting. Secondly, although I booked for three nights, I informed the management on my first night that I would be checking out before the second night and requested a refund for the unused night. They refused, showing no understanding or friendliness, which was disappointing. Lastly, a woman who identified herself as the owner visited the property during my stay. I shared with her some of my concerns, but she was not friendly at all. In fact, she spoke to me as if I were one of her employees, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Due to these issues, I decided to leave after the first night, as the atmosphere made me uncomfortable and negatively affected my experience. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable bed, very clean two shared bathrooms and kitchen.

The property is located on a large road towards Crumlin, therefore it’s always very noisy from outside traffic. Also the window of the room was facing the SPAR supermarket and there is always something in front of it. Regardless the rules to stay quiet after 11 PM, the neighbours were still making noises: talking loudly and watching TV. Due to limited soundproofing in the property that was clearly recognisable.

The bed was very nice

I found the accommodation very safe and secure, very comfy bed, my room had everything I needed, very close to local shops, I would stay here again

The shared bathroom wasn't ideal, I went in after someone had a shower and the floor was soaking,

It was the best place we stayed in and well worth the money, the owner was so pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, we will definitely be back again. Would highly recommend staying here.
