The room is confortable and clean. A good location. Easy to go to the city centre. Bus stoo just outside the hotel. A lot of small restaurant and supermarkets nearby.

"Small room near city centre for a weekend"

7.0

It's easy to get to the accommodation from the city centre, there are a number of shops nearby, and the area is quite peaceful. The full bathroom upstairs is big and very new; I didn't use the kitchen, but it did look quite nice too.

The room was smaller than what I was expecting, there appeared to be mould in two corners. The upstair floor was too squeaky, you could hear people moving around the second floor.

"Uncomfortable but economic option near centre"

5.0

25 min walk from belfast centre, there is a coop across the road and the room was large with good heating and good curtains. If you need a cheap stay this will work.

There is 0 sound proofing in the property, unfortunately we could hear the occupant above us whenever we were in the room. As its a unstaffed guesthouse/ HMO style the bathrooms in particular were not very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable.

"Good"

I really liked the location. It’s close to the city centre, around a 20–25 minute walk, and there’s a grocery store right across the road, which made everything very convenient.

Unfortunately, my stay was not really comfortable. For the first three days, there was no hot water from the taps. The heating was not working at all, and the temperature in the room on the first night was 16°C, which was very cold. When I informed the host about the lack of heating and hot water, I was told that it was “normal” and that the temperature was sufficient, which was disappointing. The floorboards were very squeaky, both in my room and on the landing. I was often woken up by noise when people were walking around. The wall plaster in the room was badly damaged. The knives in the kitchen were very blunt, the fridge was too small for four rooms, and the bathroom washing basing was blocked. I asked the host twice to fix it, as water was not draining properly, but nothing was don.
