The property was very close to the beach and in the city center so easy to get around by foot or motorbike. It was also nice to have a balcony to habe breakfast on in the morning.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and helped rent bikes and travel advice

Chickens been screaming what felt all night long, so was hard to sleep... The bed is very loud when moving and i wish there was shampoo provided, but we did buy our own just next day.

Wayan, the hostess was really nice and service minded. Good price. Breakfast is included. It has a functioning AC.

The neighbor has a couple farm animals, pigs, hens and roosters. The smell is horrible sometimes. And they are quite loud as well.

We stayed 3 nights here in Amed and thought it was perfect for our needs. Our room had a nice view of the volcano. Breakfast was brought up to our private balcony daily which was a nice touch. We were able to stay in touch with the owner using WhatsApp and she was responsive right away which we thought was helpful. Our room had AC and private bathroom and we thought the price was very reasonable.

Just a minor thing but there was a hole in the wall of our bathroom which could allow mosquitoes to enter our room. So we put a plastic bag in the wall to block the hole. Just something small that could be easily fixed.

Wayan is the best hostess, always kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice, clean, spacious room with AC and hot water. Good location close to the beach and to the main street. Overall good value for money.
