It is really spacious. Communication was great and quick. Comfortable beds. Nice neighbourhood

The bathroom upstairs could use a shower curtain. I had troubles on how to open the front door (you have to lift the door knob first, turn the key and then press it down).It was a bit weird not knowing if or when other guests are there as well and want to use the shared rooms.

"Per ansamblu, un sejur plăcut, liniștit!"

Se află în centrul orașului Brașov. Apartamentul se află într-un pod de casă și se compune din două camere. Una mare și una mai mică. Cea mare am avut-o închiriată noi, cea mică alte persoane. La parter se află o altă baie, o masă, frigider, aparat cafea. Pe ansamblu, apartamentul are tot necesarul pentru a-ți face un sejur plăcut.

Fiind într-un pod de casă, este poate foarte plăcut să stai acolo primăvara, toamna sau iarna, fiind dotată cu centrală termică, dar vara, nu recomand la nimeni. Nu dispune de aer condiționat și nici măcar un ventilator, afară fiind temperaturi de 35 de grade.... Instalația de apă, de la wc, era defectă. A trebuit să se trezească soția la ora 03.20 să adune apa, care ieșise pe coridor. Când faci duș, apa nu rămâne în cabină. Iese și inundă toată baia, apoi iese și pe coridor unde se află parchet. Televizor funcțional, dar cablul hdmi dintre tv și tvbox era defect. Noroc că am avut la noi FireStick Alexa și am putut urmări ceva la TV prin internet.

Loved staying at Apartment Roza! What an interesting and beautiful neighbourhood. We were able to walk to the main city square/ old town of Brasov and the train station was so close and convenient for arriving/ departing plus day trips. The apartment was warm and comfortable, able to cook and a fridge for shopping. The bathroom was nice and water hot. Highly recommend.

At night it was almost too warm :) but that wasn't really an issue.

With remove check-in I was able to enter even I came late, than promised. Host allowed me to park in the yard when all free parking lots were busy - that's priceless

The dining table was on the ground floor, but all cooking-stuff was on the floor up. The door to the bathroom on the first floor was awful - needs to be repaired.
