PIMA Homestay

Pima the owner was so friendly and welcoming! Despite the fact I rocked up at nearly midnight looking like a lost bule on the street he brought me inside and had a great chat with me over a couple cigarettes about life. The place is super clean and comfortable and great location if you need access to the port.

I couldn't get the TV to work but tbh it absolutely didn't matter

Very neat, spacious and clean room. Clean bathroom and the room had good air-conditioning. Great hosts who offered airport pick up on request. Great location for those catching the fast ferry. We had a late arrival and early departure. The apartment is upstairs, the bed is large, a bit firm (which was fine), soft pillows were appreciated. Omelette, tea and fruit was included for breakfast and served at the harbourside warung downstairs.

Nothing to mention from my trip, it was all as, or better than I expected, and served the purpose for our early ferry. It is located on a working harbour so good views but not picturesque. It is a launch point for surfers heading out to the nearby reef. It seemed out of place seeing the surfboards lined up on arrival until I overheard others making plans to surf. Steep, narrow staircase to carry your bags up. The balocony flooring wasn't in great condition. It's not a location I would book to stay for a Balinese holiday, but great for accessing the fast boat.

Could not recommend this more highly. Our flight got delayed, and the host PIMA stayed up late (past midnight) to check us in. We also had an early ferry the next morning, and when we went downstairs there was an omelette waiting for us. If you are catching a ferry from Serangan port, then 100% stay at PIMA Homestay; not only was it a quick walk (less than 10 minutes) to the port, but it felt like staying with a friend. 10/10 would recommend.

Posizione molto vicina al porto, circa 8 minuti a piedi! Sono stati tutti molto gentili e accoglienti, mi hanno preparato la colazione da portare via. La camera era super comoda e spaziosa. Super consigliato :)

Great location. Walking distance to BlueWater Express office to get the boat to Gillis. Very clean.
