None that I can think of. But for others take note those who booking rooms with view, at night can be noisy due to karoake (some people singing loud from somewhere) but we were too tired and the sound didnt bother us and we're not fussy tourist so we were fine with it.

EUSehr günstig, aber auch nicht mehr wert. Touren werden individuell organisiert. Die Vulkantour mit Juan war klasse. Es gab unbegrenzt kostenloses Wasser.
Die betont positiven Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch (z.b. 1 Ei + 2 Scheiben Toast + 1 Glas Saft und 1 Tasse Kaffe.) Eine zweit Tasse kostet extra. Im Früchteparadies Berastagi hätte wir etwas Obst erwartet. Bei 3 Übernachtungen gab es keinen Zimmerservice (Müll, Toilettenpapier). Keine Ablagen, Haken und auch kein Duschvorhang im Bad.
GBIf you're thinking about booking anywhere else, don't! I couldn't recommend Kaesa Homestay more. We were greeted with a huge smile as soon as we arrived, and felt so warmly welcomed to Berastagi by this beautiful family. We had the local area explained on a map including places to eat / visit with our welcome drink. The homestay is in a great location, on a quiet courtyard overlooking the city away from the busy main road. The rooms are comfortable and practical with a good shower and a shared balcony so you can sit outside. They gave a very good laundry service, water refills are available, breakfast is great, and absolutely nothing is too much trouble - we had an incredible sunrise tour arranged of Mt Sibayak and a day trip to Lake Toba and the incredible waterfall nearby. Highly recommend. Bujur!
