"Well run and terrific value hidden gem!"

We were staying nearby and needed an extra night but that place was booked; Arnaya accommodated us last minute with super fast friendly communication. The property is very cute and the room was great: cold ac, very clean. Location is next to a yummy warung and off the main crazy Kuta streets but just short walk to the action. Great value, we’d definitely stay again!

Facile da raggiungere, struttura pulita ed ordinata, personale cordiale e disponibile. In camera é presente tutto l'occorrente, compreso frigo e cassaforte. Siamo stati una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati bene

Il cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno, ma ovunque siamo stati abbiamo segnalato questo tema.

Location, quiet but close to the airport and main road e.g. cafes, restaurants, entertainment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great and the place has a relaxed atmosphere. Also had a water dispenser for refilling water bottles which is great.

Perhaps better shampoo/ body wash options (refillable dispensers rather than sachets/ soap bars) but otherwise great.
