Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte prima del volo, arrivati tardi e partiti molto presto, ma nell'insieme ci è sembrato un ottimo hotel, la posizione è eccezionale.

The staffs are so friendly and helped us a lot, which did make it a better trip experience for us. And the room, pool and all the facilities are maintained pretty well. The place is also close to Kuta beach, and for many restaurants and markets around, very convenient to approach.

Overall, this homestay truly lives up to its positive reviews. But for me, what stood out the most wasn’t just the place — it was how they treat their guests. What touched me the most was how understanding, fair, and kind the management is. This is actually my first time experiencing such treatment after coming to Bali for over 20 years, which made it even more meaningful. I had requested a ground-floor room due to knee pain, as I’m unable to climb stairs. During the journey, I was a bit worried — as requests like this are sometimes prioritized for “bule” guests, especially since the ground-floor rooms are located right in front of the swimming pool. But upon arrival… to my surprise, I was given exactly what I requested. Alhamdulillah. It clearly showed that they do not discriminate. To them, every guest matters and deserves equal respect. Everything was arranged smoothly, without any hassle. Their service goes beyond just doing their job — it comes from genuine empathy and sincerity, and that made the experience truly meaningful.
