When i arrived the first thing the owner told me was “i recevied different complains about the room because its different from booking, so i just want let u know”. I checked the room and was dirty and very different from the booking pictures, so i told him ‘yeah i dont like this room’.He was trying to telling me its booking.com fault and not because of him. I think its very inappropriate and not professional and to be honest i dont raccomend it. also the owner was a bit angry and started to raise the voice against me telling me i could change the hotel 😂 and asking me “what do u expect for 10€?” I expect what i see on booking.com I will no longer come in this place. Also full of mosquitos and mold. By the way, the woman (i think his wife) was really nice.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice Pool and free water. Good Walking distance to some nice beaches. All in all very Happy with my choise of accomodation. Thanks

Really close to lots of nice restaurants and not far from the beach.

Whenever I had a shower or flushed the toilet a sewage smell was coming from the drain.

Very clean, the owner was very kind and helpful, the house is well equipped

Pande was very open and welcoming. Made sure ! had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms, clean, basic and great value for money. Great location, central to everything Highly recommended to stay here while in Canggu.

Pluto house has everything you could need and more, somewhat basic facilities but pool, kitchen area and communal areas are fantastic. Most of all the host Panda was awesome, made it feel like home, gave great recommendations and was a smiley face to see everyday, loved it!
