The Property is very spacious and clean. In term if size and ambience it was very decent enough and overwhelming. The Management / staff is very helpful and courteous. I felt very safe and pleasant as soon as I entered the property and 2BHK flat they allotted to me. Overall it was very nice experience during the whole stay in Kumbakonam.

The room was very comfortable and big for such a cheap price. The staff was very nice to us.

The bathrooms were clean, yet it could have been better. The stay is located far from the centre of the city, so there are no hotels / shops nearby. We already knew this when we booked that it's far, still expected at least tea shops nearby.

Apart from The okayish rooms There is nothing to like about this property .

1)location was not properly pinned 2)the owners of the property are too rude ,disrespect resonates in their voices 3)they don’t know how to behave with the guests 4) they don’t know the meaning of home stay 5)before asking the guests 200questions ,first they should try to keep the bathrooms clean ..public toilets are better than those bathrooms 5)we were travelling since the last 10days tn ,this is the first homestay we had bad experience wtih
