The stay is good, we stayed in the room upstairs. The room was clean and breakfast was really good. Sanoj was really helpfull in clearing all the doubts we had.

The room is a bit stuffy, no cross ventilation or windows. The room opens to a story of open lobby from where the garden is visible, but the blinds are down most of the time, maybe due to rains.

"The nicest staff"

Lovely property and lovely calm location. Sanoj was especially kind and helpful in helping us arrange activities, you can tell that he really enjoys providing real hospitality. We only booked one night but stayed for three because it was the nicest vibe we have found whilst in India.

"The property is Not a heritage one, it's a timber building transferred from elsewhere. room is small"

The location is great, the breakfast was simple, but ok.

There was some construction work happening in the property and hence it was noisy.
