The Arch Boutique Home stay

The room lacks basic facilities like very poor air conditioning, no intercom, bathroom fittings defective, no exhaust in the bathroom. The room was too hot and the air conditioner too small. Never met Sam, the host. Vijay a staff member was quite helpful. Don't think I would visit this property again.

Central location with big rooms

Room was incredibly noisy with a mechanical dumb waiter constantly in operation during mealtimes.

In the style of a heritage place

Indifferently run. My room wasn't available till an hour after check in though they did allow me to check out an hour late after I complained. EDIT: after submitting this with a balanced review of 6, I got text messages from an employee whining and making excuses and trying to pressure me to change it. So I have, from "dissapointing" to as low as is possible here. I do NOT recommend this place. It is poorly run and they should focus on improving their check out policy instead of harassing people who are right to complain about it.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The location is excellent for exploring the fort, the market and other attractions in old Jodhpur.

Our room had little natural light, but was well lit artificially.
