Tout était exceptionnel du début à la fin ! Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin en train de nuit à Varanasi et l'hôte nous a permis de réserver seulement une demi nuit pour avoir la chambre au petit matin, ce qui était super après un long trajet de nuit nous permettant de nous doucher et de prendre le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner tout comme les repas sont excellents, avec de super saveurs et très complet. La chambre quant à elle était vraiment géniale, très propre, la salle de bain très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons aussi pu réserver un tour en bateau avec guide sur le Gange via l'hôtel ce qui était une très belle expérience au coucher du soleil et très facile à organiser. Pour finir tout le personnel était juste parfait, à l'écoute et toujours aux petits soins avec nous. Nous ne pouvons que recommander Homestay à 100% pour une belle expérience à Varanasi. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce parfait accueil.

A very large unit. nice br/lr/dr furniture. Large fridge. Kitchen very basic, but I could boil some eggs, and microwave stuff. Able to get a hot shower, but be quick about it, tank is not large. The host was extremely helpful, arranging airport transfers. Also, acquired some basic food stuffs so I could make simple meals. Very helpful.

Just too much noise, external and internal. I slept on the lr couch with the br doors closed. This worked, except for one night when I needed a good sleep to get up early and float the river to do some photography. Some building neighbor, while always loud around dinner time, apparently had some activity going on well past midnight. I just slept late the next day and gave up on the photography.

The stay was very comfortable. We were traveling with our parents and it was an excellent stay. The food was too good.

The Homestay is only a 15 minute walk to the old city centre and tuk tuks are easy to catch from a short distance away. We thought that the accommodation itself looked better than the photos. Breakfasts were nice and healthy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hosts offer any help and advice should you need it.

Harish and his team are excellent. It’s a real treat to sit in the dining room and share a meal with fellow travellers.

The taxi driver that I believe works for Harish that took us to Sarnath tried the old trick of taking us to a shop and arranged a guide we didn’t request. Poor form😩

It's a quiet residential area, so for a family best place to consider. Property is well managed, staff was very helpful and remained in touch to make you feel welcomed . The furnished apartment is spacious, clean and has almost everything i.e. mentioned . Location is good and easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay here.

TV reception was not working but it did not bother us at all as we were out to explore most of the time. Overall a good experience.

Our host was very communicative and helpful and always easy to reach and talk with. We liked having the table & chairs on our balcony/walkway for 2 rooms. We also liked having our meals "family style" with the other guests. My husband would have preferred a different variety of food at breakfasts - perhaps pancakes and/or eggs, he's not a big yogourt fan! I was fine with the breakfasts. We also had 2 dinners during our 3 nights there and they were good, though as seniors who don't eat a lot, the fixed price for 2 was double what we usually paid when we could share.

Somehow, I was mistaken about the location when I booked -- I was expecting a quiet area and 15 minute walk from our homestay to the ghats. The area is quiet and residential, 5 minute walk to the left to a local "retail" street, which we liked, though without coffee shops or restos that we wanted. But it's a tuk tuk ride plus a 5 minute walk to Assi Ghat, 15 minute walk to the main ghat.
