Location is isolated , limited facilities, upper floors not accessible by lift

They did fraud with me.. I have stayed in the I have fully paid amount even after that property owner canceled my stay in system. As per as my understanding they did this just to avoid paying GST or other taxes to booking.com. I have tryed multiple times to call them on phone but they didn't reply and even not received my call. Because of this type of behavior, it's clearly shows that they did this intentionally to save GST and other taxes from booking.com

No bathroom and washroom for drivers they made my driver take bath in my room. Ac in our room stopped working. They did not provide the WiFi password. No food we had to go out for dinner. Too many mosquitoes. They should provide goodnight. Charges are too high compared to the services provided. Matoshree guest house charged us too much but the services and facilities provided are too less. No bathroom and washroom for drivers to change and bath and washroom. Ac not working Not all rooms have balcony. The owner insisted me to pay advance 500 Rs to confirm booking which was not supposed to happen as I had booked online without any need to pay advance.

Neat and clean rooms which is not available most of Hotels gives the immers pleasure staying at home

Only problem is road to reach the location where proper roads aren't available

Didn't like the place as it is not value for money. Too costly.

Rates r very high.
