It had a bed and an a/c that worked most of the night.

First the bathroom and our bedroom were on opposite sides of the roof. We had to walk across the hot roof to reach it. Second, the a/c worked all night but turned off at 8 am. We tried to turn it back on but it was not working. Third the booking specified that Wi-Fi was available. It was not available in our room. We were told that for WiFi we would have to come to the family space downstairs (an option that they clearly did not favor). Fourth the location was about seven km from any of the tourist destinations. it was not very difficult to get from the home stay to the destinations by tuk tuk or taxi but it took 30 minutes, and it was very hard to find a driver who could take us from downtown to the home stay. Nobody understood the address. We stayed the first night because we we were too tired to take our luggage and move, but as soon as we arrived we saw the location and told the hosts we wanted to stay only one night.
