The property guy at reception said there was no booking. In India they always assume to be an idiot. The reason he said that because it was a 3 bed large room and he wanted to give it off to a larger group. He said he he could offer a room in another property next door for the same price. I refused. I raised this with bookings.com but their customer service is near pathetic in India. Also this property is no where near the main mall road. Distance wise it may say 800 m from mall road but in reality its on a dusty small lane with a huge climb to reach the mall road . Also if the property did not have my booking how did they manage to cancel it afterwards. Lots ot properties in India on bookings.com are total scams. I will be careful if I use bookings.com.next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The location is excellent—situated very close to Mall Road, making it perfect for exploring the area conveniently. The parking facility was secure and well-managed, with CCTV surveillance, which added to the peace of mind. The food was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast spread was especially impressive. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, towels, and a TV with Wi-Fi and a set-top box, making the stay very comfortable. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant ambiance. The staff members were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. I also enjoyed the room with a view, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Food was okay Bed was broken and my phone fell in that. The mattress was also not of the size of the bed. The TV was not working.
