Hotel location was good. The food was fantastic. Value for money

Decent location, staff are courteous, food is homely

Accomodation is cramped, room is very small, damp. Not meant for family. Okay for bachelor's group. And, that's what the property was flooded with bachelor's group making noisy parties (full of smokes).

Location and the food

The staff were very good. The cook was very kind to take care of all our personal requests.

The house itself is very old and needs upgradation. If you expect a good resort kind of a place, then this is not it. It is quite far from the main Valparai town. No shops or restaurants nearby. We have to eat at the home.

Nice location. Very close to the Malakkapara road. Nice views from the property. In the middle of a coffee estate. Very good staff who took excellent care of us. The food was delicious. Great value for money

Small things to be fixed. Insect mesh for the windows would help. The fan in our room was rickety and had to be replaced.
