I stayed in the apartment and it had plenty of space. It was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful

I visited Goa during a very heavy monsoon season and managing moisture and humidity inside was tricky for both locals and travellers. The hosts did their best to accommodate but unfortunately the weather really did make it hard to enjoy the holiday and accommodation

The building is close to the beach in a quiet area, inside a lovely courtyard. The common area upstairs is amazing with the hanging chair, lounge bed, table. The bedroom had a decent bed/bedding, a clean bathroom of great quality, and a lovely private balcony. Would stay here again.

The requirement for 2000 rupee deposit is annoying. It took a lot of communication to arrange for room inspection for checkout and then I had 2000 rupees cash right before leaving the country.... The kitchen could use a thorough cleaning. There is definitely a discrepancy between the staff's understanding of cleanliness and European standards. The dishrack is moldy and there are ants everywhere. The quality of the pots and pans not so nice to cook in.

I loved everything about this property. This place was beautiful and calm. It was spacious green. It had a kitchen which we used to make breakfast which helped us save a lot of money. I love the balcony and the view of the garden. It has everything you need for comfortable. Stay for a vacation.

Internet connection not so good, no laundry

The room is very nice with a very comfortable bed and a nice small balcony. The stuff is very kind and helpful.

Nice garden, lovely property.

Nice enough property and everything was clean, but it was not what we were looking for. The place is advertised as a kind of 'homestay' where you might interact with other guests and the hosts. In fact, we never even met OJ and Sparsha, and had limited communication with them via Whatsapp. Had we known this was just another commercial arrangement, we would have booked with one of the many resorts located on the beach itself. Further, we were told there was a cafe open daily but this was not always the case and we felt like we were being a burden by even asking.

Location

it was overpriced for what it offered. Check in was far from smooth: staff didn’t know we were coming, repeated disturbance for completing check in - in bits and pieces and noisy.
