Room was big and spacious, staff was supportive.

Cleanliness and hygiene was the biggest issue. No handwash in the bathroom. Mirrors all dirty. Just one doormat in that big room, that too too dirty to wipe your feet. Sheets all dirty. Outdoor seating all dirty. No linen provided. Room wasn't cleaned before arrival. Highly disappointed.
