Sadew Home Stay

We liked out stay very much:) the family who own the guesthouse is so kind and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, we also enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for hosting us🥰

My kind advice is to pay little bit more attention to cleaning the bathroom.

Host was super friendly. We could do laundry there. In high quality. The place was nicely to the side of the city. Good bed with good mosquito net, that was long enough and did not lay on you during the sleep. Superb breakfast

There was construction going on by the owner. So you kinda walk between metal rods a bit. But that is surely to pass in a matter of weeks. The climb to the house was like 70 steps that were not proper steps. Loose stone here and there. We had suitcases with wheels and from the other review I thought we will still be able to pull them, but nope. :)

Our stay at Sadew’s Home Stay was amazing! We felt truly like at home, with beautiful view over the mountains. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka! Definitely will come back, the hosts are amazing and loving family ❤️

Familia encantadora, desayuno exquisito. Vistas espectaculares. A 5min del centro, lo que te permite estar tranquilo sin caos

Acceso un poco complicado

Lieu très atypique,belle vue quand on est sur le balcon.la propriétaire des lieux et son mari sont adorables,au petit soin petit déjeuner et dîner très bons.aide précieuse pour les tuk tuk, le taxi

Pour arriver au logement vous devrez monter un chemin très pentu sur environ 30 mètres. Heureusement nous avons une belle vue en arrivant et un accueil chaleureux

Lovely and kind owners who are happy to help with anything you ask. Tasty breakfasts every morning. The option to have a nice lunch/dinner as well. The room was nice, with a mosquito net that helped me feel comfortable (remember you are in an area with lots of bugs!). There was always hot water for a shower and the bathroom was well sized.

There are some uneven stairs to get up to the property with no other option for access. This was fine for me and I enjoyed the climb, but it’s important to note for accessibility.

Lovely view from room. Great friendly host. Meals provided were lovely. Room comfortable. Walkable into town.

Only issue was walk of about 50 metres to the property up a steep path. Would be hard for someone with mobility issues.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sowohl ein tolles Abendessen, als auch ein super Frühstück zubereitet hat. Sie hat uns zudem mit Tee und Keksen auf der Terasse empfangen. Der Ausblick war grandios.

Die Zimmer sind relativ einfach. Der Aufstieg zur Unterkunft ist für ältere Leute sicherlich eine Herausforderung.

Pokój był czysty, świeża pościel, ręczniki. Śniadania naprawdę pyszne! Szczególnie naleśniki z kokosem. Internet działał ekspresowo. Gospodyni jest bardzo miła i ciepłą osobą. Do centrum jest 10-15min na piechotę. Trzeba wiedzieć że dom jest w górach, dojście jest pod górkę i po schodach, przez lokalizację niestety jest duża wilgotność więc przygotuj się na specyficzny zapach. Za to są piękne widoki! Następnym razem też się tu zatrzymam.
