Perfect spot for visiting the Uluwatu Temple and Malini Restaurant. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The pool was nice and cool and the garden lovely.

There’s no restaurant at the hotel but there one across the road. The water wasn’t working in the morning of our stay but I’m sure they fixed it.

Sehr ruhig, nahe Tempel und Kecac Dance. Auch fußläufig für uns alles zu erreichen, was wir sehen wollten. Bequemes Bett. Grosses helles Bad. Schöner Pool und Garten.

Man muss auf Affen gefasst sein. Sie haben meine Handy Tasche geklaut. Gott sei Dank ist das Handy vorher herausgefallen. Die sind dann getaucht mit ihr im Pool.

Hotel tonący w zieleni, ładny teren, rozległy. Pokoje ok. Śniadania bufet dość rozmaity.

Dużo schodów na terenie. Miałam kontuzję kolana i trochę mi to przeszkadzało.

Great location, very nice and clean room, kind staff. A lovely pool. Quiet and a comfortable bed made for a great sleep.

Location

I travelled to Uluwatu specifically to see the fire dance and chose to stay at your accommodation for two days due to its convenient location. However, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. On my first day, I was treated very poorly by a staff member (I am unsure of his name). He was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the Wi-Fi. His behaviour quickly escalated into an aggressive and confrontational interaction. The situation became so uncomfortable that it turned into a serious argument. I felt threatened and unsafe, as his tone and behaviour made me fear that he could become physically aggressive. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he told me to get a refund if I was unhappy. When I calmly explained that I only expected respectful service, he began complaining about how busy he was and expressed frustration about his job. I made it clear that this was not acceptable and that his personal frustrations should not affect how guests are treated. He then started swearing and yelling at me, which was completely unacceptable. I asked to speak with the owner, but he refused to allow this. As a woman travelling alone, this experience made me feel genuinely unsafe and distressed. For my own safety, I made the decision to leave the accommodation one day early. Although I am unsure whether I will receive a refund, my safety was far more important. I will not be returning, and I strongly believe this issue needs to be addressed immediately to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

It was an amazing property, clean, beautiful grounds and you got a lot for your money. It was right next to the Uluwathu Temple entrance. A 10 minute taxi ride away from town centre and supermarket. The Single Fin bar/restaurant is a must for the stunning views. Beware of the monkeys though.
