Le personnel a essayé de nous arnaquer avec la laundry, en voulant nous faire payer 180k IDR alors que la facture de la laundry était de 40k IDR. Je ne trouve pas ça acceptable. Le scooter loué au près de l’hôtel était dangereux et en piteuse état le moteur s’éteignait au milieu de la route. Personnel pas souriant et souvent perdu et pas accueillant

The properties and the pool were never cleaned. The incessant pool pump ran day and night and it was very loud and disturbing, much louder than anyone just talking outside of your property.

The properties were never cleaned, the pool was never cleaned and had a scum line around the outside. Pool pump turned on every 90 seconds and ran for 20 seconds. Off and on. All day and night.

The people were lovely, the rooms were quite and clean
