The place was neat and clean. The location is good and calm.

The host is more worried about payment and the time u checkout at the time u arrive at the location.

- There is no washing machine - There is no microwave - Wi-Fi was bad and it was hard to work remotely - Bad lightening in the flat - Noises of animals at night (lizards, birds, dogs, monkeys) - Lots of ants in the flat - Agressive owner's dog - Old kettle without automatic switching off - Too firm wooden chair to work in

Simple and clean. Very good aircon. Quiet location. Friendly hosts.

Location is great, near the beach. Though it is quite far from town, there are some food joints and warungs nearby. The owners are really, really lovely, friendly, helpful and eager to please. They live next door so all my needs were quickly accommodated. Nice, quiet area with greenery around. It feels very peaceful here. Authentic Balinese atmosphere. Room has a small fridge and some cutleries (and a burner as well), which were much welcome!

Cleanliness of the place is questionable. The bathroom is full of cobweb, the sink dirty, I think only basic cleaning is done every time a guest checks out. The room I was in the first night had a terrible smell coming from the sink and drainage, so they put me in another room the next day. I think the place is in dire need of a deep clean. Sound insulation is poor. Neighbors next room were very noisy in their amorous activity. Out of consideration for fellow travelers, please don't come to this homestay if you travel as a couple and plan to make a lot of noise in bed. This place is best suited for quiet, solo travelers.

Very nice, clean, silent place, near ocean, far from the noisy road, has a hot water, gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, table, a HUGE window - lots of daylight, high ceiling, beautiful courtyard in Balinese style, lovely owners and a great price.
