I stayed at Bukit Vista for my first few nights in Bali and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering my arrival was quite late, around 9 pm. The check-in process was smooth, and they made me feel very welcome from the start. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Bukit Vista to other travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Bali.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls are quite thin, so your sleep quality may depend a bit on how quiet your neighbors are.

Many things were bad actually. The 1st is the unwelcoming behavior of the staff. Very rare in bali but they were quite unfriendly and not speaking English Then the location, a bit far from everything and in the middle of nowhere Also, no food service or breakfast there and nothing around. So if you need food, you have to grab the grab and do at least 5 min trip by scooter. We couldn’t pay the water and beers we took from the fridge by card. They accept only cash but they never told us, it’s not written anywhere and they didn’t want to find a solution (we were almost late to the airport because of that) The bed was not very comfy and doing noise They didn’t clean the room everyday and even the cleaning was actually just doing the bed. Not replacing towels or cleaning the bathroom. Nothing
