The pool and resort are beautiful. It’s clean too. Location is decent- you can walk to 1 coffee shop but that’s about it. You’re best to rent a scooter or get a Gojek. A

The day staff wasn’t that friendly. They seemed bothered whenever you ask them a question. The man that worked late nights was nice tho and tried his best to understand and help out. When the cleaners went in to clean our room one day they forgot their key in our door while we were gone all day….. we came back to find our room unlocked with a key in the door…

I had booked this property for 4 nights, but my stay turned into a nightmare. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong and unbearable smell of sewage/feces coming from the bathroom, most likely from the toilet pipes. I tried airing the room and left for a few hours, hoping it would improve, but when I came back the smell was still extremely intense, spreading throughout the entire room and even onto the terrace. I contacted the owner immediately. I was told that no room change would be possible before two nights due to “no availability”, with no commercial gesture or real solution offered. However, the very next day I clearly saw that a room was available and a new guest was checked in. I was given a lot of bla bla bla, but no action was taken. I asked to leave early and to be refunded for the unused nights, which was refused. Due to financial reasons, I had no choice but to stay a second night in these conditions before leaving two nights early without any refund. On top of that, the bedsheets were stained and the curtains were very dirty, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Also It was not even possible to leave luggage at the property before check-in time, which is very inconvenient, especially when arriving early. The staff on site was unprofessional, indifferent and sometimes disrespectful, making guests feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome. I have traveled for 4 months in Indonesia, including 2 months in Bali, and this was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I strongly advise against staying here.
