The hotel is ideally located in Oetz, close to the swimming pool, the city center, the mountain lifts, the supermarket and the Kids Park. You can do everything by foot. Beyond this, the room was clean, we had a nice view on the mountains and a balcony. The breakfast is good and generous. Not the best we had but this is still a nice place to have it. The owner and staff have been welcoming.

The location is great! The hotel is beautiful inside out. It's very cozy there. The Manager gave my bf a nice liquor for his birthday. We even stayed for one night more than planned.

We stayed for one more night and paid for it separately. The online payment was allowed but only an immediate one, which was not offered by our banking app, unfortunately. That's why my bf had to go find an ATM and pay extra for cash withdrawal, we were not happy about that. We wish the hotel could have offered all types of online payments.

Fantastic place and super friendly hosts. Good breakfast, plenty of free parking, bike room for safe storage of MTB, a self-service bar with beers. Highly recommend!

All was perfect

Мы остались очень довольны проживанием в этом пенсионе! Местоположение просто чудесное — в живописной долине, где сама природа создаёт атмосферу отдыха и умиротворения. В пешей доступности находится великолепный водопад Stuibenfall Waterfall in Umhausen, а также уютное озеро Piburger See, идеальное для прогулок и купания в тёплое время года. В номере всегда чисто, уборка проводится ежедневно. Из окна открывается потрясающий вид на горы — просыпаться с таким пейзажем одно удовольствие! Завтраки вкусные и сытные, заряжают энергией на весь день. Отличное место, куда хочется вернуться!
