The thermostat was set for summer time temperatures and the house was cold at times.

Upon getting in my room found that the bed was broke on one end. Cleaning lady was there she noted and took pictures as I did too. Closet door handles broke off. Pull knobs on dresser were missing except the very bottom drawer. Back of remote was missing. Pull cords missing from blinds in window no way to close them. Door handle on Bathroom was loose, light bulb missing. Kitchen door handle missing on fridge door, light bulb out, kitchen table was wobbly and a few chairs were too. Living room rugs is a trip hazard as it's rolled up on the end walking in. Temperatures was set too low very cold and my room the window leaked outside air even thought it was completely shut and locked. The deep cleaning of this place is awful. Dusting around the house has not been completed for quite some time. Bathroom i noted dirt build up in the corners. I also noticed that the lady does not use toilet brush on bowl as stated daily. Items in the shower from previous renters were still there never removed the 10 days I was there. The time cleaning lady was there she was in the kitchen while I was putting items in the fridge. She than cleaning out the fridge as I mentioned about the awful smell. Several items were tossed and she cleaned the drawers and shelves with soap and water. (Notes around the kitchen states not to touch anyone else's items) so it's why I never threw out the obvious drink containing mold in there. The front door and bedroom door had locks and worked properly. The house next door is the same owner. Day before I left I did notice a guy walk around from the back and than crawl in the window. So security is iffy on making sure all windows are locked. The night of my last stay i was already in bed as it was 930 and the 'manager' came in and said that the water was shut off due to down stairs flooding. She stated to me that if needed to use the bathroom can go next door. She gave me a key code.
