Colombo 20 minutes by train

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le gérant est d'une extrême gentillesse, très disponible et nous avons apprécié discuter avec lui. Le logement est propre, le quartier calme et situé près de la gare. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en tuk-tuk (20min). De plus le petit déjeuner typique Sri Lankais était excellent.

Great value for money! A comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The price was very reasonable for the location and quality. Excellent room and service. Highly recommended!

The location, its on the way to the airport. For is it was 30 mins from Colombo fort to the train station relatively close to the accommodation

I dont have much expectation from a budget accommodation, I just wanna have a good sleep. Here I could not as the bed was too short for me. There is a mosquito net tent above the bed in which I hardly could get in. It was so small, that I could not lay without touching it. The whole place is very dirty. After 9pm I couldt go out as the gate was closed. The breakfast was dissspointing, no coffe or tea served. In the streets aruond plastic is burned, making the air hard to breath. The room is small, the bathtub disgusting. The tuktuk is 2500 from here to the airport. Next time I rather sleep in the city, no point to stop here. For all these almost 5000 rupies for a night is way too expensive. Should not be more tjan 3000.

Shabby and overpriced

Budget friendly place, very accessible by train. Very close to the train station in Erundamulla, the neighbourhood is very peaceful to be in. Room has good facilities with a nice balcony and a view. Great local breakfast is included and Upul is a warm and helpful host, always looking out for your needs.

the owner was very friendly and nice. they offert to add à breakfast option for 3$ extra. They had a good fan in the room and bathroom in from the room.

The pillow was too old, need to be change for news ones. The bed was bit hard, maybe if they add memorie foam will improve the bed. They doesnt have personnal bathroom in the room. The room was small but still have little desk, it's fine for short period.
