Very old and dated, no fridge Breakfast edible but just dry toast with no butter, Rooms need a good clean & new toilet & sink needed

Very hospitable hosts, always ready to help. Good location. It is located close to the main attractions of Ubud and restaurants, but not on the main street, which makes it quite quiet. I would say it's a perfect location. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Good price, they even accept cards. Fast and stable wifi.

A fridge and a kettle in the room would be great (kettle was provided by our request though). The bathroom was damp and smelled a bit. There was only one towel per person, I missed a hand towel.

Sembra di stare in un tempio, si entra in uno spazio silenzioso e tranquillo dal caos di Ubud, che è però raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Tanti negozi, spa e ristoranti vicini, comodo anche per lo spettacolo Kecak. Sicuramente un ottimo alloggio per stare a downtown Ubud. La famiglia super gentile porta la colazione nel patio della camera e le offerte ogni mattina!

La camera è oggettivamente umida e buia, i pavimenti però sono immacolati e in generale c'è una buona attenzione alla pulizia.

The owner is very friendly and attentive. The room is clean. Breakfast is simple but good to start the day. The place is also very near to the Ubud Palace and Ubud Market.
