The owner was great!

Close to everything in Ubud.

Very old. Air conditioning was ancient and didn’t want to turn on as I didn’t want to be covered in dust. No fan so was boiling at night. Pillow cases had stains. Very very very loud location. Area got quiet about 1:30am. Bathroom was very old, toilet brush in corner of bathroom just sitting on the floor so really uncomfortable to shower barefoot in there. The lights outside the rooms were so bright I couldn’t sleep.

La posizione ottima, anche se non facilissimo da trovare, si trova in una stradina interna e non è segnalato benissimo. La colazione...thè e un piattino di frutta. Il minimo sindacale.

Purtroppo il gestore aveva avuto problemi di salute, quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltà iniziali, poi risolte. La stanza non era pulitissima. Lui ha cercato di renderci i soldi della stanza, ma la nostra priorità era la stanza, visto che viaggiavamo con due bambini, quindi siamo rimasti.

The location is perfect allot restaurants and coffeeshops around , The stuf was so kind and helpful give me allot advise how to travel and visite places and the room was clean soft bed really comfortable and olso you have your own place front of your room we're you get breakfast every morning. I recommend it's for sure and wil visite again.

the location

advertised to have working air conditioning, however it wasn’t working properly. there were wall features that didn’t close allowing for plenty of mosquitos to get in. there were plenty of ants on the floor too. upon our arrival the host was nowhere to be seen, we had to assume which room was ours and hope for the best. we paid for an included breakfast however in first morning there was no breakfast, and when we did eventually find the host we mentioned this to him, only to find the next morning we woke up to one piece of toast and one egg

Toilets are dirty, the bed sheets and pillows weren't clean and smelt like sweat. The breakfast is just a tea and coffee to share and a plate with 4 slices of tomato and a slice of bread and the other half is egg to share as well. You don't have the choice about when you want it. He's just gonna knock at your door to wake you up. I strongly don't recommended it.
