I'm not fussy, but, this was pretty poor. Padlock on bedroom door. Personal belongings in room. Downstairs toilet didn't work. Kitchen facilities were strange.
GBThe location is excellent as within walking distance to both university and the sea. Bed was comfortable, house very modest but had everything that was required (just no hairdryer). Breakfast had 4 available cereals and milk, plus white toast bread and selection of peanut butter, jam and butter. Very clean bathrooms, good for a longer stay and self catering.
The heating was broken when we arrived mid January, and it was absolutely freezing. But there was an extra heater provided just in case in the room which was very thoughtful.

Just the breakfast with mouldy bread expired 2 weeks ago and mouldy ham.
DEDie Tür vom Zimmer konnte nicht ganz geöffnet werden. Die Tür hatte vier Schlösser, von denen keins funktionierte. Es gab nur einen Riegel mit dem die Tür verschlossen werden konnte - also nur von innen. Jeder konnte also jederzeit an unsere Sachen heran. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Das Frühstück bestand aus trockenen Cornflakes, Milch oder etwas anderes gab es nicht.

The receptionist Suzzy was really helpful, most especially when I called her around 11:30pm after I mistakenly locked my keys inside the room. She responded to my call at that time and hepd me to get a spare key to open the door.

My friend who stayed there said: Poor cleanliness and condition of the property: The overall cleanliness was lacking, making the stay uncomfortable. Unappetising breakfast: The breakfast included old sugary cereal, mouldy tea bags, and outdated food such as butter with a hair in it, milk, and meat from October in the fridge. Poor customer service. Avoid this place.
