24-hour hot water was pleasing, and the location is pleasing, as all the house boats travel in front of your rooms with lake view. But there is a downside to this. Every early morning, at 6.00AM onwards, you wake up from music from the boats that travel through..

The furnishes, bed mattress, toilet, and shower all are disappointing. Rooms are all around tired a bit. Bad mattress, smelly bedsheets, and towels. The rooms need a complete makeover. The flow of water after shower, accumulated under the sink, instead of going into drain. Toilet was overflowing.. Was a disgusting experience. especially a room across the lake view. (we booked 2 rooms, and the 2nd one had no backwaters in toilets, so that part was bearable) Also the access to the hotel is 300m walk in laneway - from main road which is a catch...not desirable to rental car driver. (I had to pay extra to my driver to hire for him a toilet shower facility elsewhere, as his morning commute to freshen up was far from car park).

Stayed 2 nights with my family, and it really felt like home! The location is beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful right near the lake. It is very convenient for visiting nearby attractions and exploring local life, food, and shikara rides. The complimentary breakfast was also homely and tasty.

I have nothing to dislike; everything was wonderful during our stay.

Endroit TRES touristiques, passages incéssants des bateaux , une vraie autoroute. Les tuktuk ne peuvent pas acceder jusqu'a l'hotel. Il nous faut marcher pendant 450 m parfois dans la boue pour arriver jusqu'a l'hotel. C'est abusé.

I like everything, the staff was great. The view is amazing to the lake. Everything is clean and best is the staff who is proactive. Wifi was good.
