"環境乾淨、闆娘親切、內部裝潢很溫馨。"

1.距離火車站算近。 2.抵達時，已凌晨一點， 老闆娘特地等我們抵達， 親切的講解住宿環境。 3.老房內部改造，內部很溫馨， 保留大多的原始裝潢，樓梯、地板、天花板， 尤其是窗戶，仍舊保留木窗，很感動。 4.整體很乾淨。 5.有小花園，種植許多小花，很棒 小花園還有以前幼稚園的小鐵馬，好可愛。

吹風機的風力不強。

"民宿建物還維持老房子磨石子地，設備都蠻新，環境乾淨。地點靠近潮州高中，雖離市中心一小段路，但環境清幽。唯一覺得廁所使用不太舒服，其他都好。"

公共空間很大，附有茶水間跟簡易廚房設備，還有洗衣機

房間不大，尤其廁所很小，洗手台距離馬桶很近，刷牙洗臉容易濺的地板濕濕的，使用馬桶時會踩到，不喜歡腳濕濕的感覺

住宿地點離潮州火車站及潮州國際滑輪溜冰場都很近，也有公共自行車站點（潮州高中）。 早餐是餐券的形式，可以至巷口早餐店兌換，時間自上午05:30-10:30。 民宿溫馨乾淨，房間大小適中，有很多公共空間可以休憩，房內空調安靜涼爽！
