"Lovely stay"

Nice overnight stop with a dog. Clean and comfortable. Funky decoration:-) Coffee, tea and biscuits as snacks. Close to autostrada and nice quiet neighbourhood. Very welcoming host (buzz at number 2)

The kitchen area had a microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery etc but no sink, so I couldn't wash my plate - apologies!

Nice kitchen with kettle. Good sized room. Enjoyable little balcony

Was looking for no. 24 rather than number 2 and 4 in the street. Otherwise all was great

"A nice place to stay in Guidonia"

The place has 4 rooms and everything is in good condition: comfortable beds, a common area with a small kitchen and all the place was very clean. The communication with the host was efficient (WhatsApp) and she was very kind at all times. Breakfast is not served (but it's already there), which is very good in case you have to leave early in the morning.

Everything was perfect!
