Very cozy and welcoming. It has the wonderful feel of a classic B&B, even though breakfast isn't provided. The house is filled with a great collection of paintings, all of which are excellent works.

The heater seemed to shut off early in the morning, and the chill woke me up. Unfortunately, the duvet wasn't heavy enough to keep me warm once the radiator went cold.

Cleanliness, decor, facilities.

Very little, though would have been good to have access to radio or tv in the room. Possibly a lock on bedroom door would be helpful addition too.

Amazing place, you basically have the whole floor to yourself, with a wonderful bedroom and a very lush bathroom. The thoughtful details like the tea and coffee add to the sense of pamper. Lovely little seaside find!

My wife went alone, as I had a family emergency. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay. The place has a cosy, homely ambience.

For some reason we thought it was bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast. This was entirely our own misreading of the advert.
