Holiday Stay Inn

It was my repeated stay at Holiday Stay Inn. Love this stunning view over the whole city of Kandi from the terrace. Felling of home and house dog. Villa designed with a good taste. The owner nice lady treated us as a mother, cooked for us a home food dinner which we loved so much. After the long trip it was so touching all this courtesy. Definitely will come again if we have any chance to visit Kandi again

The house is based on a beautiful location up the hill overlooking the city. The lady of the house is a kind woman, happy to help you with anything you need. She has a tuktuk driver that can take you to different places to explore town for a very reasonable price (much better than the drivers you find in town). Great stay for a small price, could not recommend better!

We stayed for 2 nights and this place was perfect, especially the balcony that must have one of the best views in Kandy. The breakfast was so good, and the dogs were very sweet (although one was barking every time someone came past on the road, however this was not too much as it’s a dead end). The climb was also not as bad as we expected, although the tuktuks didn’t like going the whole way to the flat.

Tuktuks didn’t like dropping off at the top of the hill, although pickups were ok in normal cars. Also the dog barking was not ideal in the twin room that faces the road

Dans l'ensemble bien, y compris le petit déjeuner. Mais par moment les aboiements des chiens de la propriétaire étaient gênants. Cependant, je ne peux que louer le fait que ce soit des chiens de rue qu'elle a recueillis.

Very warm and caring host, plus a great breakfast. Excellent value for money – highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and private bathroom. The host has contacts with multiple great tuktuk drivers/local guides that made our stay in Kandy so enjoyable, easy and safe.

Tout. Chinta est tellement gentille et prête à nous donner ses meilleurs conseils. Elle est toujours disponible pour nous aider à trouver Tuktuk et taxi. On se sent comme à la maison. Sa maison est si joliment décorée, en plus de la vue sur Kandy. Merci beaucoup 🙏

Fijne, rustige locatie in Kandy met prachtig uitzicht. Het centrum van Kandy ligt op loopafstand. De host is een lieve vrouw met een goed hart voor zowel mens als dier. De weg er naartoe kan de tuktuk een beetje pittig vinden, maar is te doen.
