Host Mr. Sharma & Manager Mr. Jagdish were polite, honest in dealing and extremely helpful. Owner Mr. Sharma treated us as if we are part of his family. Even though the schedule of our visit was very tight, Mr. Sharma went out of his way to make sure that we do not miss Mata Vaishnodevi Devi’s darshan.

Located in peaceful & residential area. Rooms were of comfortable size, clean & hygienic. We had dinner which was freshly cooked with homely taste. Host provided us timely pick-up / drop from railway station & Baanganga.

Decent stay, pick and drop facility. Near to start-point of Mata vaishno devi and Railway station. Cordial and nice manager. Home cooked simple food

Endless wait for food, tea or coffee. They take 1-3 hrs for it

The room was clean and the room was value for money for two night

I was staying here for the second time and now this place has become very bad. The staff delayed service in everything, from food to cab service. It was very frustrating. For example if I ordered lunch in the morning, they promised me to serve at 1 pm. But at 3pm they are still cutting vegetables. More examples - I had to catch a train at 10:30. Already told them to be ready with the cab at 9:30 but there was no cab till 10 even after multiple calls.
