小庭園風格不錯，環境有在整理，電視有現代化，室內拖鞋好穿，有沙發及椅子桌子，也離鹿野高台近。

蓮蓬頭水龍頭也太低了，大概離地只有30cm，花灑無法調整，水很細很強但會不舒服，用可調整的有花灑兼水流的會更好，浴室地板洩水坡度不足會積水在中間，浴室牆壁配色太暗了，造成開燈也昏暗，如果牆壁有多2.3個掛勾掛東西會比較方便，大概缺點都在浴室。
