Very comfortable and great location.

Price a bit expensive. And mondello is a beautiful beach but also a bit dirty and not so organized beach.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die Betten bequem. Tee und Kaffeetaps sind zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind über einen Treppenaufgang seitlich am Haus erreichbar. Für die allgemeine Benutzung steht eine Küche zur Verfügung und Terrasse mit Tischchen nummeriert pro Zimmer. Allerdings wenn es Regnet und bei Vollbesetzung, könnte es eng werden. Es ist alles durchstrukturiert mit Anleitungen wie die Bedienung der Kaffeemaschine und der Abfallentsorgung und Zuteilung der Tische etc.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht zum vereinbarten Termin stattgefunden. Das Zimmer war hellhörig. Man hörte so ziemlich alles was im Nachbarzimmer gesprochen wurde. Was bei uns nicht gut ankam, waren die Videokameras im Eingangsbereich zu den Zimmern, Küche und auf der Terrasse.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Einbahnstraße, in der man gratis parken kann. In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man eine tolle Bäckerei (La Barbera). Theoretisch könnte man sich das Frühstück in der Unterkunft selbst zubereiten, aber am Strand gibt es gemütliche, typisch italienische Bars mit leckerem Kaffee – wir haben daher immer dort gefrühstückt. Nach Palermo sind wir trotz Mietauto mit dem Bus gefahren. Die Haltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, und das Ticket kostet 1,40 € pro Person und Strecke – sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. Wir haben außerdem Ausflüge nach Monreale und Cefalù gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, wenn man Strandtage und Sightseeing kombinieren möchte. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen freundlich.

Mondello Beach is a perfect escape to unwind. Casa Lighea is the best place to do that - it's a beautifully maintained property, just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, with a functional shared kitchen, and coffee machine. The shared terrace was a lovely bonus. Our room has a balcony that offered stunning views, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable. The hosts, Antonella and her daughter were welcoming and helpful. Antonella was easy to talk to and was always available to answer questions per Whatsapp.

We had 2 middle-sized luggages that has exactly had enough space to open in the room, if they were bigger it won't have space. The kitchen was well-equipped and had all the utensils we needed for simple meals, which was really convenient. The only drawback was that the frying pan was very small. In the evenings, the area was fairly quiet, and most of the restaurants and bars were about a 15–20 minute walk away on the other side of town. That wasn’t really problem for us, as we actually enjoyed the evening strolls, and it’s worth noting that we visited during the low season, so things were naturally a bit calmer.

Ein wunderschönes, top modernes Appartement....alles neu renoviert... Zum wohlfühlen !! Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit u. hat uns sehr geholfen ( Gepäckaufbewahrung, Taxi anrufen u. etwas ausdrucken für unsere bevorstehende Schiffsreise ). Wir können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. 5 min. zum herrlichen Sandstrand und beste Badebucht von Sizilien... mit Restaurants u. CAFÉS ....

Alles war top...!!!

posizione ottima per il mare e anche per il centro di Mondello. in zona tranquilla con tutti comfort a disposizione.
