U new guest house

Pros: clean room, good a/c, lovely staff, good breakfast

Cons: not much furniture / place to store your things (could there be a coat rack on the wall or a chest of drawers?), the location was on the so-called local beach side, so you had to walk a bit if you wanted a sunbed

Petit déjeuner très bien, Uthaya est aux petits soins avec ses clients :) Voyageant seule pour ma part, j'ai senti que j'étais comme avec une maman qui s'occupait de moi. Lorsque j'ai eu besoin de me déplacer plus loin, son voisin juste à côté a un tuk-tuk et il fait également des jus de fruits frais délicieux. Bref, une petite ambiance village aux petits soins avec les gens de passage :)

Incroyable, la dame est très sympa cets a coter de la plage 5 min à pied, aller à l’île pigeon, les poissons sont vraiment jolies et vous êtes assurée de voir tortue et requin

Clean and beautiful guesthouse that is owned by a lovely family! The location is close to the beach and perfect to explore the area. Breakfast and all the food cooked by the mom was delicious! I will definitely come back here again next time :))

Wonderful! This little place (3 rooms) is set within 10 minutes of the beautiful beach. Spotlessly clean rooms, super comfortable beds, hot water and fully working air-con. There's a pretty garden area and a little terrace area where you can eat a fabulous homemade breakfast. As with so many places we stayed in what really made our stay memorable was the truly lovely owner. She showed such warm hospitality and genuine kindness that it really was sad when we had to leave.

I loved this hostel for its spotless cleanliness, simple yet cozy atmosphere, and delicious meals. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I’d definitely come back!

L emplacement à proximité de la plage et des départs pour pigeon island . La propriétaire très gentille et accueillante qui se met en 4 pour vous faire plaisir. Super petits déjeuners, repas possible le soir très bons.

Lovely warm and welcoming family, we stayed for 6 nights in total. Great location near the beach with local cafes close by, the rooms are simple and clean.

The guesthouse is in the perfect spot to walk in five minutes to one of the best beaches: not overrun, beautiful water, nice waves and not too many tourists (or locals). Just perfect for relaxing, swimming and catching some sun or shade. The breakfast is more than enough and very delicious, the woman who runs the guesthouse is very helpful, attentive and lovely. It’s very good value for money and we had one of the best stays in Sri Lanka here! A lovely veranda and garden to hang out after a day at the beach and trinco is not far away (visit the temples, the one in the city is very well worth it). We added one night because we loved the spot so much :)

One of the two (!) beds was pretty hard and lain-through/worn out. The other bed was good enough. We only had medium warm water, but it was hot enough outside to not matter :)

Very clean and peaceful environment . Washrooms are very clean and fresh.

Nothing
