"HORRIBLE CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT EXPERIENCE"

The room was comfortable and spacious but the experience is HORRIBLE. Even if you tried to mens it by giving a "cookie" and apologising, you still end on a terrible note. Worst experience ever in any hotel I stayed in. If you are not ready to accomodate guest then better remove yourselves from this platform.

VERY POOR CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT PROCEDURE. I had 2 bookings from Agoda and Booking and twhen I arrived they said rhey were full. I even sent them an email to confirm and they confirm back to me but apparently they gave my room to somebody else who walked in. Being tired from a flight delay and travelling, it was very frustrating, they don't even have any staff to welcome you when you arrive. Understand that this is provately owned but still the least thing you could do is provide proper service. Their checkout staff know nothing. They don't mention to you when I emailed them about payment - conflicting information in Agoda and Booking. Their staff told me I can go and they will arrange with agoda or booking instead and while I wait foe my flight now they send me an email THREATENING ME TO COME BACK AND GIVE THEM CASH. WOW ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You could have had your staff relay that information before I left. This is a warning to anyone who will book here.
