The owners are very welcoming. The location is close to the town center. Room is decent size.

Separate toilets only. Even though they say this is your own toilet and such, there's other guests still using the same toilet. There's many mosquitoes, and bring the electric mosquitoes bat to kill them. Otherwise, you can't sleep.

good location in quiet neighborhood. easy walk to beach and shops.very clean and well maintained. can also rent motorbike at reasonable rate.

Clean homestay with good working AC and electric hot water heater. Shampoo, soap, towels, hairdryer, kettle all provided in room along with a very comfortable and large be. I even got use of a bicycle while staying. Very considerate host. Will need google translate to communicate and if you return after 10pm need to call host to enter.

Charming place, great people, quiet street. I would have loved to give the place a 10 or 9, however:

the floor of the room was dirty (maybe because I checked in very early, they did not have enough time for cleaning?) and the room was a bit humid. Everything else was fine.

The room have all facilities that I need. The hosts are friendly, caring. It's located in the center so it's easy to travel around the city. The room is clean, very cozy.

It's lcoated in small alley and great neighbors. Rooms are big enough. Cute and kind hosts.

Shower temparature was difficult to control. It was suddenly having too hot water. There was a spider web on the ceiling.

When we arrived our room was already taken even though our booking was confirmed. We did not receive any cancellation notice beforehand.
