Casa de Mármol

Irma the host who has an essence of mother. She is so kind at heart and generous, she is a fantastic human being. So much felt like luxury to me here. Mattress, sheets, towels, private bathroom, delicious breakfast, recommendations for activities... One morning, going to the Chimborozo I had no time to eat and Irma packed me fruits with yogurt cause she said she knows I will be hungry later... and I was! I felt very lucky to be your guest. Muchas Gracias por todo!!!

Irma's place Casa de Mármol is super nice. It looks amazing & everything is super comfy. You are treated like family as you enter the building. Irma has many Tips to explore the wonderful City of Riobamba. You want to explore the Chimborazo- she knows whom to call. You want to eat a great meal - she knows the places. Need any other Service like washing/farmacy - ask her. Breakfast was great. Next time we want to stay longer in Casa del Mármol :)

I had a truly wonderful stay at Casa de Mármol. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations—from the warm hospitality to the attention to detail. The rooms were spotless with crisp, clean sheets, and the hot shower was simply extraordinary—especially welcome after a long day exploring. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering a perfect start to each day. Irma, the owner, went above and beyond in every way. She shared excellent local recommendations that made my visit to Riobamba even more special. Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay, but Irma treated me like family, offering genuine care and kindness that I will never forget. It made all the difference and truly speaks to the heart of this place. If you're visiting Riobamba, I highly recommend Casa de Mármol.

This place should not be called anything other than Casa (home) because that's exactly what it feels like. Irma was one of the kindest hosts I've ever had. When it comes to hospitality, recommendations, amazing breakfasts, and helping with organizing basically anything, she offers exponential service. I can definitely recommend this place for 100%

Literally nothing!

Casa de Marmol is exceptional! You feel at home from the moment you walk into the door. Irma, Diego and their family have created a safe heaven for anyone visiting the region. For me there's only one option when going to Riobamba, with the best most comfy bed in Ecuador, amazing breakfast and the most caring of hosts. Thank you all for the amazing stay, I will be back!
