Lovely lodge & Hostel

The room was clean and wide. The staffs are very kind and helpful. They also arranged activities, so I can climb Pidurangala Rick and Sigiriya Rock, go to safari. It was amazing experience. Thank you for their kindness, my stay was so great.

sweet owners & family! they made us feel at home even though some of them don’t speak English. yummy breakfast, spacious rooms. walking distance to the central bit of town and quiet spot :)

bathrooms could use a refurb.. but still, great for srilankan standards :)

The setting of the property was very nice. Really cheap and close to Sigiriya rock also. The owner and his mother are very flexible and friendly. The only issue was there were 2 or 3 frogs in the bathroom. But overall it was a nice stay.

Got really spacious room with 2 big beds, fan and Moskitonet.. Outside sitting area, in front of room. Modern bathroom. Comfi bed. Clean room and bathroom.. Quiet area. Friendly owner. Many Plants with hamok amongst next to room

Owners seemed not to expect me.. When I arrived, nobody was able to talk enough English.. Asked me about 5 or 6 times, if I really am in the right place, although I got confirmation via booking. Wanted to rent a bicycle was told to wait till somebody would come.. Waited 1,5 hours.. Then missed the sunset.. Owner came along to 0the place where I was sitting and agreed to late breakfast, otherwise I was not able to climb on the rock next morning. Had no milk and no eggs only small breakfast.. . Though told. Maybe you ll send additionally email after booking the room. Note: in this area the air is highly humid, so I guess most of the rooms here will collect moisture and smell.. Except ac rooms.
