"一間自宅式的套房應該令人感覺有家的溫暖，但我們只感到處處不便，很像臨時住進他人家中，與原主人的生活用品共存的感覺。"

地點位置絕佳。Last Minute還訂得到。

裝潢設備稍陳舊、櫥櫃很多，然而一半上鎖、另一半塞滿各式我們不需要的東西（如大量清掃工具、清潔用品、儲備備品），造成住客沒有自己的空間收納行李。地板與浴室天花板有積灰與霉垢，浴巾四條中有兩條有明顯舊污痕與破孔，窗簾與沙發床罩有污痕。 家具如床邊桌、茶几有破損及貼紙。

住宿地點交通算是便利，用密碼即可入住很方便。

1. 沒有提供早餐，且過年期間入住，附近早餐店都沒開，最後是開車去其他地方吃。 2. 沙發床感覺比較老舊沒有很安全，孩子本來很興奮可以睡看看，最後他不敢睡，跟爸爸換位置。 3. 廁所垃圾桶上緣較大，無法放在馬桶旁邊縫隙，前方又是門邊和淋浴間，所以一進去是放在貼近腳邊和洗衣機前方，感覺擁擠，設計不良，也會讓人覺得洗衣機衛生不佳。
