Just perfect! Great and quiet location close the beach and city center. Nice room with AC and a vent and a balcony facing the see, shower with hot water. They offer bike rentals also. Owners are very welcoming - Jaga helped me planning and organizing some trips. One of my best stays in Sri Lanka!

De lieve mensen. Niets hoeft maar alles kan. Wil je blijven eten dan kan dat wil je elders eten kan dat ook. Prima en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt naar keuze (lokaal of westers)

The owner organised a cheap and quite good scooter for the next day with delivery. Friendly hosts.

Cockroaches in our room. Owners must be aware of it as they prepare a spray to kill them. Room is quite dirty. Poor breakfast. Only cold water in the shower. 10 min walk to the beach

Jaga and Reshee were so hospitable. The breakfasts were huge and really tasty ! And Jaga also kindly took me shopping on the back of his scooter so I could pick up some jaggery from a place he recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, spacious, clean and airy room with a very nice balcony and view, very tasty and huge breakfast, perfect location as it’s super close to the beach and also in a quiet place, many cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! Definitly one of the best places we stayed in whole Sri Lanka.

we spent three great nights in this hotel. the hotel is close to both the city center and the beach. we had a room with a nice balcony and a sea view. the rooms are clean, with storage to put your things. hot shower. the owner and his wife are lovely people. the breakfasts, especially Sri Lankan, are delicious, to recommend without hesitation.

Good location from town centre , beach and bus station. loved Tangalle, had a nice local feel to it and very cheap local food in the town centre. Friendly couple as long as you do as you are told.

As soon as arrived we were sat down and owner went through all the "rules". There is a curfew of 10 pm so if staying out later must pre organise or won't get in the gate. Doesn't leave much room for being spontaneous. Was disappointed that it was advertised as beachfront so I expected to be overlooking the beach and sea but was facing a 3 storey apartment block which had loud building work from 8 am and all day. It is actually one block back from the beach. Room had alot of wires from the wall like hadn't quite finished everything off. Breakfast was a huge pile of sliced white bread with an omelette. At breakfast owner was carrying around prawns and trying to sell you dinner whilst you are eating . All a bit off-putting and bizarre.
