Ananda Home Stay and Restaurant

In fact I stayed 3 nights. Ananda is so lovely and helping. The food was great. A place to return to if you prefer calm beaches then the noisy ones.

Great location, heaps close to the beach and restaurants. Good wifi and s host was very accomodating and helpful. Great value for money

Everything was great. The property is in a quiet alley on the beach, there's a nice garden. The room has a mosquito net, 2 fans, a table and a chair. The food is delicious.. I will come back!

Large bed. Great mosquito net. Large bathroom. Sound of the waves. Temperature was ok with fresh air coming from outside as it is close to the sea + the fan is great and makes no noise. The amazing owner: Sri Lanka is full of amazing people, and Ananda is one of the best. Cheap cooking lesson: about 3000 rs. Very friendly, nice English, you can laugh a lot with her. She can provide you access to her kitchen. She managed to find a motorbike rental who does not require the passport. Laundry is possible. Nice garden to rest.

Maybe the sound of one of the bars in the morning (starting at 8am) and at night (until 10pm). It was still acceptable and I'm someone who is very sensitive to this kind of thing. Breakfast was a bit expensive though.

Lovely place just in front of the beach, Ananda is a lovely lady I'd love stay more but unfortunately the room was booked. I'll definitely come back

Best location in Tangalle, literally steps from the beach and all the beach restaurants! Owner is very friendly and kind.

None of my charging adapters would fit into the one plug in the room (which is being used by the fan anyways). Room needs a power bar.

Amazing location close to the beach & restaurants. Rooms are spacious and the owner is very nice! I also used their laundry service.
