Tetebatu Terrace Homestay

Fantastisch uitzicht, nette accommodatie, super vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten. Met het personeel een tour gedaan door de rijstvelden, waterval en het apenbos inclusief lunch. Nabijgelegen kleuterschool opgericht door een familielid waar mijn zoon van 2 een ochtend met veel plezier heeft doorgebracht. Sowieso werd er goed voor hem gezorgd door de hele familie. We zijn erg dankbaar, het was een fantastisch verblijf ondanks de vele regen die we hier hebben gehad.

Bed is comfy and the view from the balcony is amazing! The staff is super nice and they put a lot of work in making the place look great with plants. I think I had the best food of my whole trip in Indonesia there for a very good price, I highly recommend any of the curries!

They gave us a different room, so much worse than in photos. Not clean, dust and insects on the floor. Common area was never cleaned so obviously mice come.

The view in the morning where you get to see mt Rinjani. The host willing to pick me up at really small fees, from Paek Motong. She is always on WhatsApp to attend my needs. Jackfruit curry was so good!

Absolutely incredible experience at this homestay in Tetebatu! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family, offering a truly authentic cultural experience that you won't find elsewhere. The activities offered are amazing – from a hands-on cooking class to learning how to make coconut oil, every moment is filled with opportunities to immerse yourself in the local way of life. We even got to visit a local market, which was such a unique experience, and renting a scooter made exploring the beautiful surroundings, especially the stunning rice terraces, even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature while also being deeply in touch with the local culture. If you're looking for a genuine, off-the-beaten-path experience with some of the kindest people you'll ever meet, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Most memorable stay for our trip so far. Amazing location with beautiful views. So close to everything - waterfalls, monkey forest. We ate there every single day, the best food we’ve had in Indonesia! Perfect stay, would come back again
