Will stay again. Nice, responsive host. At this price point you get what you pay for, and for me as a solo guy that was just fine. Properly is accurately described by host. As expressed in other reviews, this is basic fare.

"Decent and quiet place to stay, situated a few blocks from the rail station and bus tracks."

The price is much better than almost all other options, possibly all options (only the online representation available without staying at said locations.) Reasonably clean and well provided for. There was a blackout in the neighborhood for perhaps a couple of hours (I arrived for the night mid event), but there is a war going on and some air raid sirens, plus that happens just about anywhere.
