- Host was very pleasant and helpful. - Kitchen is well equipped. - Air conditioning is working well. - Location is just a couple of minutes away from a metro station that takes you to the center of Valencia. - Reasonable price.

- Everything is incredibly dirty. For example, bathroom had mold stains all over or the drinking glasses were completely stained. - Our room had a cigarette stench that we couldn't get out. - Bed was rather uncomfortable. A "moat" would form in the middle, making you fall into it. - The host does not speak a word of English. - "Free parking on the premises" in practice is almost never available. Luckily, there is a huge public parking about 5 minutes of walk away from the apartment.

We didn't end up staying as the address on google map took us to a different city? The host was difficult to communicate with due to language problems

Several flights of stairs, parking available but not secure.

It’s on the fifth floor without an elevator. So if you have 2 big suitcases, good luck! A small room without a separate bathroom. And there isn’t a hair dryer.it is said to be a free parking spot, but it is just a public parking 7mins away from the apartment.

Antonio is a very nice host with clear communication. The room had plenty of space with a nice bed and privacy. Nice place to explore Torrent.
